With an extensive expertise in formal program management, Kati left a distinguished twenty year career at JP Morgan Chase to start KMD Advisors. Kati has had repeated success guiding large cross-functional teams to precise coordinated implementation. Her ability to synthesize volumes of data and articulate salient points to facilitate nimble and informed decision making has helped her manage teams as large as 600 and, indirectly, manage program teams of thousands at varying times throughout her career.
